Directions:
- By public transport/foot: From both the
Bath Bus Station and the Bath Spa Railway station, a pleasant 5 minute
walk will take you there. Walk trhough the Arches on the left of the station,
across the River Avon, Across Rossiter Road and turn left into Widcombe
Parade.
- By car from the east: follow the 136 (the
main road south of the river through the centre, Pass the Holbourne Museum
on the left, under the railway bridge, past the Royal Oak and the Fleece
pubs on the left. When you enter the one way system (canal and lock on
the left) *follow the main road and you are entering Widcombe Parade.
You might be able to park on the right hand side in front of the shop
(20 minute limit) or turn right and immediately right again into the small
car park, or go round again and turn left and right into St. Marks Road
(2 hr.limit). There is also a car park by the railway station and two
other car parks near the Bus station, both within easy walking distance.
- By car from the west: follow the A36 round
the one way system past Sainsbury's, go straight over the roundabout with
all the railway arches and turn right at the give way. then as above from
